I found the hotel to be beautifully modern. the amenities felt elevated. I appreciated the high-quality soft products. the staff was attentive and kind . overall, it was an very nice experience. i look forward to returning soon.

the hotel locate in the city center. i find a nice hotel bar with tasty drinks. the staff are very friendly with smiles. breakfast was good, also. they have menu options like eggs or pancakes. the rooms are spacious and clean. bed is super comfortable, i slept well.

i would like to say that the hotel is a bit expensive for the amenities offer. i think some improvements are need to be made.

the staff help with luggage and provide directions. they do it quick and efficient. they also offer a turndown service each evening. this happen between 6 pm and 8 pm. staff are always ready to assist at the front desk.

The hotel has excellent facilities. The room featured remote controls for everything inside. The bed and bedding were of good quality and comfortable. I found a well-designed bathroom with a large shower and excellent pressure. I also appreciated the separate toilet.

The pool area had CCTV cameras, including in the sauna area. This was like an intrusion of privacy, especially given the textile-free spa culture. I believe routine staff rounds are preferable to the surveillance.
